Roxy exits the basement, shutting the door gently behind her. She doesn't look too good, bags under her eyes and messy hair. She heads into the kitchen and, surprisingly, just gets some water. She sits on one of the recliners in the living room and just. thinks. Staring off into space. It's very cloudy in her mind right now. So many things just.. swirling around.
Harmonia’s lying on the couch, watching TV, and eating Doritos. She looks over and sits up.
"Hey, are you okay?"
"Fuckin. I guess. Shit's been fucked recently and I kind of fucking hate it." Roxy sighs. "Mary and Spider did a shitty job of disposing of Asmodeus and now I have to deal with their mess."
"How'd they do it? I can help try to fix it if you want? Eat his soul or some shit?"
"According to Writer's archives, they used a TV and threw it in Sheol, which is. a lot less effective than a radio." Roxy looks up at Harmonia, taking a sip of the water. "I don't think you'd really be of any help. But, hey, glad you finally asked to help with something, I guess."
Harmonia stares at her. "What's that supposed to mean?? Im not a rose, I can't do shit with the project."
"There's more to it than just giving blood and all that. If you actually paid attention rather than just ignoring everything all the time then maybe you would've noticed Claire going outside and looking for materials to use. Maybe you could've asked to help then, but nooo you're too busy doing whatever the fuck else." She's still seated, just leaning forwards.
Harmonia sets her jaw. "Do you have a problem with me???"
"And if I do?"
"Then just say it."
"Okay. I have a problem with the fact that you're pathetic." Roxy blinks. "I used to look up to you, somehow. Like, the first year or so I genuinely saw you as an older sister and I really enjoyed being around you, but, like..."
"You're... such a fucking loser, actually." Roxy smiles weakly, letting out a huff. "All you do is laze around and when you do engage in stuff you always like.." She pauses. "I dunno. It's just weird to see someone go through so much development as a person and come out worse."
Harmonia stares at her for a moment before looking away. "What do you expect me to do??? What do you want me to do???" She snaps back.
"I want you to actually make something of your life while you still have the chance," she stands up, "You actually had the chance to live your life and live it to the fullest before the world went to SHIT. I didn't. If anything, I should be the one allowed to be lazing around all day- I didn't get to have a normal life at all! It was all torn away from me when I was fucking thirteen, and HELL you even have time to make the best of the rest of your time here but..." Roxy huffs. "If you die alone it's your fault, Harmonia." She heads down to the basement without another word, slamming the door behind her.
Harmonia teleports away, the nearby lightbulbs shattering as a result.
