"So ground rules, no killing obviously." Drew says. Harmonia and Drew are training today.
"Yeah," Harmonia replies, "Do whatever you want to me, I dont care to be honest"
"Ok but I'm still not gonna kill you.". He takes a defensive stance and waves her forwards.
"Yeah." Harmonia runs forward, trying to slash at his chest. He leans back to dodge and twists into a leg sweep. It works and she falls on her face. Harmonia tries to get back up. He stands up and offers his hand. She takes it and gets up, moving to deck him in the face. He takes the punch full on, and stumbles backwards. Harmonia gains on him, attempting to punch him again, tears in her eyes. He takes the next hit too, stumbling back again.
She pauses and lets him get back up. He just waves her forwards. "I'm good, come on." She moves forward to kick out his knees He raises his foot to block and strikes at her knee with the other foot. It hits and she stumbles back. He presses the attack, feinting right and swinging with his left arm. It hits and she grunts, falling to the gorund as she reaches up to hold her face. Drew asks, "I'm sorry, are you ok?"
"Yeah I'm fine." She kicks at his legs agan. He gets kicked in the ankle and drops like a sack of flour. She crawls over to him and just. Lays on his chest.
"Ok ok ok I'm pinned." He laughs.
She starts purring. "New pillow"
"This is my life now."
"Yes," She giggles and hugs him.
"That was fun."
"Agree"
"Are you good? That seemed like you were venting a bit."
"Not really to be honest..." Harmonia sighs
"Wanna talk about it?"
"Not really"
"Fair. If you do, I'm here."
"Thank you,," She hugs him tighter and nuzzles his chest, "Is it bad that this is what I imagine having a dad feels like?"
"Punching and kicking you?"
"No I mean this.. like laying down on them and talking and they make you feel safe..."
"I'm glad you feel that way."
Harmonia smiles. "I hope you dont mind..."
"I probably would have five years ago or so, but I don't mind now."
"Im glad,,,"
"It's like I said to Fenrir, you all are my family, I care about everyone here."
"You're all mine too"
"Fifth times the charm, right?"
"It is"
"Well I gotta get back to work," he says, checking his phone. "Apparently something 'weird' popped up on a routine scan."
"Alright! Have fun!"
Drew stands up and disappears. Harmonia heads to bed.
