A slight bump could be heard from Harmonia's closet as she sleeps.

Harmonia wakes up suddenly. "November??" She says, looking to the closet.

A knock on the door to her room could be heard, so she gets out of bed, rubbing sweat from her brow as she opens the door.

Nobody was there. More intense knocking starts on the window. Harmonia rubs her eyes.

"It’s too early for this..." She goes to the window to see if anyone's there.

Nobody. But, the more that Harmonia looks outside of the window, the more the sky looks... green? Harmonia clenches her fists, remembering the previous day.

"Here we go..." Harmonia opens the closet. The closet is empty. Two large hands come up from behind Harmonia, choking her. Harmonia claws at them, struggling to breathe as Apollo laughs in her ear, the lights flickering as he tightens his grip. Harmonia struggles helplessly, kicking behind her and clawing at his hands and arms. Apollo eventually lets go with one hand, trying to hit a pressure point in her neck to incapacitate her. Harmonia goes limp, passing out.

Apollo ties her up to the bedpost, sitting down with a bag of McDonald's and waiting for her to return to consciousness. After a bit, she does, her neck hurts like hell as she looks around, focusing on Apollo.

"Was that really necessary..." Her voice is hoarse and strained.

"I know what you're about to say, and no, I'm not mad. I'm just... disappointed." He eats his fries in wallow.

"Look, I know you're probably lying to me anyways. Plus you hurt Cole, one of my friends, when you said you would protect them."

"I hurt him because he hurt m- you! I wouldn't have done it if he'd just stayed out of it." Apollo explains.

"Whatever... So what, you're here to kill me? Or threaten me into coming back?"

"Noo, no! Here, I imagine you're hungry after all that choking business." He gets closer to Harmonia, taking a fry and putting it in front of her. "Here comes the airplane! Brrrrrr..." He slowly moves it closer to her mouth.

Harmonia closes her mouth, looking at him with a pissed off expression. "Seriously?”

Apollo laughs it off, popping the fry into his mouth. "Listen, I've got a proposition for you."

"What.”

"This Claire of yours... What's she like?"

Harmonia sets her jaw, pissed off. "None of your business."

"Well, uh, actually yes it is. You see, Harmonia, I've had this idea for a while. You don't care about what I do to you. You can't die. But Claire can."

"Dont fucking touch her-" Harmonia struggles in the bonds, angry as hell.

"Oh, no need to worry, I won't! ...As long as I get what I want." Apollo smiles.

"Fine. So either I cooperate or you kill her, right?"

"Yep, that's the gist of it!"

"Fine. Whatever.” Harmonia snarls, clenching her fists.

"Wonderful! Our new agreement starts today."

"Yeah whatever," Harmonia says, intentionally looking away from him. Apollo held her chin, trying to turn her face to look at him. A devilish smile is on his face as his eyes glow green. Harmonia closes her eyes in protest.

"You do know this isn't in your girlfriend's best interest, correct? Or do you just not care?"

"S-sorry.." Harmonia opens her eyes. Apollo enters her body, untying her from the restraints.

"God, I didn't even have those on there all that good!"

"Yeah well, I didn't want to find out what happened if I got out, so..."

"Good choice. I wanna show you something, Harmonia. How replaceable you are. Not to me, but to everyone else."

"What?"

He snickers, walking to the living room.

---

Apollo sits down on the couch, watching Harmonia's favorite channel. His posture is exactly like Harmonia's, as is his appearance.

"What? So the point is that they won't notice it's you???"

Oh, not only that. They might just forget we're even here. I've been in some of their minds. I can tell they don't care about you."

"One, it's early in the morning. Almost everyone's asleep. Two, sure they don't."

"I'll wait as long as I need to in order to prove my point."

"Whatever. They do care about me. If they didn't they wouldn't have tried to get me to stay yesterday"

Apollo pulls out her phone. "People lie for many reasons, Harmonia."

"Shut up."

"You know it's true. All of their hospitality has always been just the bare minimum, am I correct? Even that blue dromen doesn't have your best interest in mind."

"What and you do??"

"Believe it or not, yes! Have I ever intentionally hurt you? I think not."

"You literally murdered me. If I wasn't useful to you then you wouldn't give half a shit."

"But you are useful to me. That's the point. I care because I need you. And you don't see it this way now, but you will eventually find that you need me too."

"Yeah? And what happens when you achieve your goal? You'll get rid of me. My friends don't need me. But they want me around anyway."

"Did you forget what I promised you? You and your friends will live alongside me in my perfect world!"

"How do I know you're not bullshitting me.”

"I don't bullshit. Not when I don't need to."

"Sure..." She sighs. "How did your date with Ari go?”

"It went good actually. We watched The Jungle Book. Ari'd never seen it before."

"Nice. Yeah, she’s a r053 so there's a lot of things he hasn't done."

"Also we kissed." He says to her under his breath.

"LMAO GAYYYY-”

"Oh, shut it. As if you haven't done worse with Claire."

"I'm asexual idiot"

"I'm aware, but I'm sure when you kiss it actually means something! We were mostly just messing around."

"Yeah, it means a lot.” Harmonia pauses. “Are you done yet ?"

"Almost. I've got something else in mind first before I give you your car back though." He laughs, getting up and leaving the house.

---

Apollo enters the city, searching around for a group of survivors.

"Oh come on..." Harmonia sighs.

"You agreed. I'm going to make do with what time I have. Just one, okay? I'll let you go after I get just one."

"Yeah fine. Just don't eat anyone. Please."

"You sure? You feel a bit hungry..." Apollo laughs, eventually finding a target.

"Please don't."

Apollo sneaks up behind the man, tackling him to the ground and shoving a bowie knife into his back. He then rolls him over and lacerates his arms, pinning him down so he'll bleed out.

Harmonia focuses on trying to help get the life essence.

As the man gasps his final breath, Apollo's vessel's eyes glow white as he absorbs the life essence of the man. He laughs, exiting Harmonia's body and patting her on the back. "Good job! You're getting the hang of this!"

Harmonia sits down, dropping the knife. "God, you're so brutal..."

"You just now figure that one out, Holmes?"

She rolls her eyes. "What now?"

"Well, I'm gonna bring you home, and then I'm gonna find something to eat. Or, someone."

"Christ." Apollo grabs onto her and takes her home.
