Enoch appears in the center of a town in pride, the green flamed bonfire blazing in the background. Abalone stands opposite him.

For those who are unaware, Abalone is a slightly bulky, 7' tall owl person. Their face is white and mask-like with a short beak. They have two sets of pupil-less, glowing bright green eyes.

Their feathers seem to be in a gradient. A bright green at the tips into a more average darker shade for the rest of their body. They've got owl feet and legs, obviously, but their hands aren't winglike in the slightest. Instead, they're covered with the same sort of material as their legs with large talons to tip off their 4 fingers. The material which covers their hands and legs is black.

On their head, they've got a silver crown bedazzled with Abalone gemstones. Their wings are fucking massive and, when resting, wrap around them like a cloak. For an outfit, they've got a militant general's uniform on. Colored an army green. Quite a lot of silver jewelry on them.

As soon as Enoch appears, all snow within 5 miles melts instantly. The storm stops entirely in that area, the green grass beneath the snow being allowed to breathe for once. The moonless night sky shines above, filled with... a strangely overabundant amount of stars. It's quiet and peaceful.

The Kiss stands a fair bit away from the town, enough so they can see and hear Enoch and Abalone, but not the other way around.

Abalone huffs, arms crossed.

"𝙰𝚕𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝, 𝙰𝚛𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚕 𝙴𝚗𝚘𝚌𝚑, 𝚠𝚑𝚢 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚌𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝚖𝚎 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎? 𝙵𝚘𝚛 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚙𝚞𝚛𝚙𝚘-"

Enoch punches Abalone in the face and disappears.

Abalone recoils, grabbing his face as he hits the ground.

"Damn son your shit just got rocked!" Drew exclaims.

“Die.” Knight takes out his grenade launcher and starts firing at Abalone.

Spider starts running. She shifts as she runs the large black wolf launches itself at Abalone, it seems bigger than it usually does as it starts going savage, tearing into him like there's no tomorrow.

Luna imbues the power of flames to her gunblade. She gets in a bit closer before firing flame bullets at Abalone, targetting his wings. "Flame burst!"

Drew cracks his neck, draws his swords in a reverse grip, and expands his shields out. He runs up and goes for the ankles.

Harmonia fires her gun at Abalone's eyes.

Kade simply takes out a bowie knife and aims for a slash towards the 'knees' before getting some distance!

In an instant, as all of these attacks take place, an eruption of green flames bursts up 50ft into the sky, burning away the bullets and grenade while those who went in for melee attacks are hit with a heatwave and then flames that would probably instantly burn most meats.

"Hmm. Fire-type." Luna says.

“Boooo you suck Abalone!” Knight exclaims.

Spider yelps and backs up. She starts to circle the flames looking for a way in, fur bristling.

Kade manages to get some of his back burned in the process, just causing a small wince as fur appears underneath the burned flesh. But he maintains his distance.

Drew gets blown back, eyebrows slightly smoking, beard completely burned away. His face is slightly pink.

The flames die down as Abalone, once on the ground, now takes the form of an absurdly large green phoenix, made entirely of fire. It's large enough to obscure most of the cleared sky. The Kiss are fucking tiny compared to it.

Otherwise, the phoenix has most of Abalone's features still intact. Black talons, 2 eyes, white face... So on, so forth. Just. Y'know. Fullass bird now.

The beats of its wings send gusts of hurricane-force scorching hot winds towards The Kiss.

Although, for those with a sharp eye...

In the center of the bird's chest is a lit silver lighter, which might be the core of its being.

Very unfortunate that Sharp-Shooter Cole Genesone isn't here right now, isn't it?

Knight takes out a fire extinguisher and just chucks it at Abalone.

It misses.

“Damn,” Knight says. “Dsad.”

Luna swaps her fire for lightning and attempts to clip the Phoenix's wings with a bolt from her gunblade. "Thunderbolt!"

The thunderbolt goes right through the fire! Abalone has no reaction.

"Okay Abalone confirmed not a flying type. What a pain." Luna says.

Harmonia shields her eyes for a bit before looking up, attempting to shoot a bullet directly at Abalone's lighter.

Something guides Harmonia's bullet as the faint feeling of death is there until the bullet hits.

Drew sheathes his swords and pulls two desert eagles from his hip holsters and begins mag dumping at the bird person, aiming center of mass.

Spider snarls as she shakes her coat and shifts back, she snaps her fingers and a handgun appears in her hand, she starts shooting at Abalone, aiming for the lighter.

Luna sends more bolts of lightning at the bird, trying to target the lighter. "Thunder blast!"

Kade remains near the bunch, just watching for now.

“Damn,” Knight says.

Harmonia’s bullet hits dead-on, causing the phoenix to disappear with a loud screech as the lighter freefalls through the air, leaking fuel.

Drew's bullets hit the lighter a couple of times considering he was spraying and praying more than aiming, causing it to be knocked out of the way of Spider and Luna's attack.

Before it hits the ground, a much smaller phoenix reappears around it and screeches, attempting to fly away.

Knight starts to shoot at the bird.

Spider shifts again and pounces on the bird.

The bird is made of flames, so Spider goes right through it and catches on fire. Although, she knocks the lighter out of place, causing it to tumble against the ground.

The phoenix reforms again, even smaller, and struggles to get into the air.

Harmonia grabs the phoenix.

The bird squawks and poofs into a holdable flaming orb, the lighter falling to the ground.

Drew makes a grab for the lighter.

Spider yelps again as she rolls, extinguishing herself and shaking her coat out. The burns heal and she shifts back.

It's a pretty damn nice silver lighter. Vintage.

"Looks cool," Kade says.

"Hell yeah, lighter get!" Drew exclaims. They click the lighter off and on a few times.

"Sweet!" Luna exclaims.

Harmonia holds the flaming soul, her hands goopy and dripping soul gunk. "Enoch.”

The fire is like RGB but only between shades of green. Enoch doesn't appear.

"Okay... so how do we leave?" Luna asks. "We need to slam dunk the soul in L1m"

"We need to go back to the throne room. We need some of Sapphires lighter fluid and the cauldron with Carnelians lighter fluid is there." Harmonia seems to be in pain but is trying to hide it.

“Right.” Spider looks to Harmonia. "You good?"

Kade gets close to Harm to provide some support.

"Hey want me to take that off of you?" Drew asks Harmonia.

"Holding a flaming soul so not particularly- I dunno if you can hold souls, Drew." Harmonia says.

"I can take it,” Spider says.

"I can handle it,” Harmonia says.

"I probably don't have a soul so I can probably hold it," Drew says.

“Same bestie,” Knight says.

“Snap.” Spider laughs.

"It's fine, I can take it. We just need to get to the thrones." Harmonia says.

"Thrones, right. Where are those?" Drew asks.

"Can someone text Enoch and ask?" Harmonia asks.

"Done," Drew says.

"Thank you,” Harmonia responds.

"He says up and towards the center of the storm," Drew says.

"Alright. Hopefully, the soul will provide warmth." Harmonia heads towards the castle, the others following.

Drew flips up into a handstand and starts walking on his hands.

Towards the castle is towards the eye of the storm, through the parts of the blizzard with the harshest winds and snow.

Thankfully, the storm parts for them as they walk due to the soul in Harmonia's hands!

The castle in the distance seems to be floating above something, surrounded by large mountains.

"Drew you wouldn't happen to be able to fly us up there, would you?" Harmonia asks.

"I'm right here ya know,” Spider says.

"I know but I thought you didn't like teleporting in hell,” Harmonia says.

"I haven't been able to use that ability since before the wedding," Drew says.

“Does it look like we have another option?" Spider asks.

"Unless y'all are interested in climbing?" Luna asks.

"Sorry Drew,” Harmonia says. "Climbing seems safer.”

"I could get Cerb if you'd like? When it comes to climbing." Kade says.

"Could you? Definitely would be a bit more convenient." Luna says.

"Oooo, yes,” Harmonia says.

“Sure.” Says Spider.

As they approach the base of the mountain, they see an unlit fire brazier set on top of a broken stone pillar.

Drew runs up to it with lighter in hand and clicks it, trying to light the fire.

It lights up with a green flame as floating stone steps/stairs emerge from the ground, making a pathway up towards the mountain peaks.

"Ayy, path unlocked! It's just... a fuck ton of stairs. Great." Luna says.

"Oh never mind. Neat!" Kade says.

"Nice. This is a good lighter." Drew says.

Spider sighs. "If anyone doesn't fancy it, I reckon I can take two.”

The group heads up the stairs.

Lots of stairs. Any demon begins to feel strangely uncomfortable. Like very much so.

And Spider feels like she's going to fucking DIE if she keeps walking up the stairs.

Harmonia falters. "Is this a good idea?"

"Uhhh I'm not sure how I feel about this," Luna says.

Spider growls as she pauses. "Fucking hell..."

"What other path is there..?" Kade asks.

"Only forward but something about this feels terrible." Luna begins shaking a bit.

“Terrible? Mate that's a fucking understatement.” Spider says.

"I don't know what y'all are talking about," Drew says, unaffected.

"Do you not sense it?" Luna asks.

“This is weird,” Knight says.

"Nope. Just normal hell feeling for me." Drew says.

"Spider's not even a demon. How does she feel it?" Luna asks.

Kade gives a small sigh and tries to press onwards.

Luna continues moving forward despite feeling sick even thinking about it.

Spider doesn't move.

It's a normal stairway, the feeling just gets worse with every step. Almost at the top, though!

Spider feels ill. Like. Vomit ill. Terrible, horrible, no good staircase.

Kade continues to force himself further with every step, giving a small shudder every once in a while.

Spider growls weakly as she doubles over slightly, still not moving. "Yeah, fuck this.”

Harmonia keeps going. "If it's getting too much for anyone, please go back down. We shouldn't need to fight up here." Harmonia says, her voice strained as she keeps going.

Luna forces herself to move forward.

"Yeah, if you guys don't feel 100% you can stop. No need to hurt yourselves." Drew says.

“You really can't feel that?" Spider asks.

"Feel what?" Drew responds.

Once they reach the top, the feeling fades completely.

The top of the mountains seems to be somewhat flattened, providing a walkway around the ring of peaks. There are 4 bridges in the cardinal directions which lead out towards the medieval castle floating free in the air.

Looking down...

The mountains surround a huge, frozen lake. In the center of the lake, there is a huge missing piece of ice, revealing what appears to be... A galaxy. Like... Stars. Like a portal that'd take you directly to space if you fell through it. It's fucking weird but looking down into it makes Harmonia feel deathly ill.

Harmonia immediately looks away, panting. "Jesus Christ..." She mutters.

Luna reaches the top and breathes a sigh of relief. "Ahh much better. What the fuck was that then? Pretty place though!"

"Oh shit look at that view," Drew says.

"I can’t," Harmonia says.

Kade seems to look at it for a short while, before looking up at the castle. "Want me to carry you?"

Spider grits her teeth and continues to walk up the staircase, eventually reaching the top. She makes a mistake and glances down at the lake.

What Spider sees makes her FEEL dead. Her body grows freezing cold, yet burning hot. Her mind numb, yet flooded with terrible memories. Instead of a beautiful galaxy, she sees a burning pit of white fire. The void calls for her. She feels like she could jump. like she NEEDS to jump.

Then, she blinks. And it's back to what everyone else sees, the feeling of death fading.

Spider clenches her fist as she looks, she starts to hyperventilate as she moves even closer to the edge, and then she blinks scrambling away as quickly as she possibly can, black blood dripping from her clenched fists.

"Oh my Gods, Spider." Luna quickly rushes to her aid. "What the heck happened?"

Spider still breathing quite quickly as she blinks again, she takes a deep breath as she looks at Luna and shakes her head.

Luna stays by her side, trying to help her breathe normally. "You're gonna be okay Spider."

Harmonia is kinda spaced out and heading into the castle.

Eventually, Spider calms down enough to speak and she looks over at Harmonia. "...I'll tell you later... don't want her wandering off.”

Luna nods. "Let's head inside."

Drew walks over and follows Harmonia.

Luna follows, waiting for Spider.

Kade watches but steadily heads up.

Spider follows, nodding gratefully at Luna.

As they enter the hallway, they see... Someone they haven't met before.

There to greet them, stands a large but average fluffy goat with silver to black gradience over his body, from his arms up to his elbows, and his legs up to his knees, being black and slowly getting silver the closer it is to his body, with an abundance of chest fluff. His right arm bears veins looking most akin to cracked stone or glass, glowing a faint turquoise.

He has fluffy, down tilted/floppy ears on the sides of his head, with large, curled horns curved upwards and a smaller set curved inwards, towards the lit candle atop his head, the larger set has slight, spiral markings on them.

He has a short muzzle, and a scar across the right side of his face, most akin to a burn that goes over one eye, making it slightly more faded than the other. The scar also grazes his cheek, slightly, and a sharp, visible tooth is curved outwards from it.

"𝔊𝔯𝔢𝔢𝔱𝔦𝔫𝔤𝔰. 𝔈𝔵𝔠𝔢𝔩𝔩𝔢𝔫𝔱 𝔴𝔬𝔯𝔨 𝔞𝔰 𝔴𝔢𝔩𝔩. ℑ𝔱 𝔦𝔰 𝔮𝔲𝔦𝔱𝔢 𝔴𝔬𝔫𝔡𝔢𝔯𝔣𝔲𝔩 𝔱𝔬 𝔪𝔢𝔢𝔱 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔞𝔩𝔩."

"Hi there, it is wonderful to meet you too... um, what's your name? I'm Luna." She says with an air of glee in her voice.

Harmonia scans him up and down, looking exhausted as hell. "Huh... who are you?"

Spider’s fists are still clenched and she looks shaken up, she doesn't say anything instead watching the stranger warily.

"𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔬𝔫𝔢 𝔱𝔥𝔞𝔱 𝔥𝔞𝔡 𝔠𝔬𝔫𝔱𝔞𝔠𝔱𝔢𝔡 𝔶𝔬𝔲. ℑ 𝔞𝔪 𝔄𝔷𝔞𝔷𝔢𝔩, 𝔦𝔱 𝔦𝔰 𝔮𝔲𝔦𝔱𝔢 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔭𝔩𝔢𝔞𝔰𝔲𝔯𝔢 𝔱𝔬 𝔪𝔢𝔢𝔱 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔞𝔩𝔩 𝔦𝔫 𝔭𝔢𝔯𝔰𝔬𝔫!"

"Nice to meet you too..." Harmonia holds the firey soul, her hands melting soul goop. "I'm Harmonia."

"Hello, Azazel," Luna says.

Azazel would offer a hand, but it would appear she's occupied! "𝔚𝔬𝔫𝔡𝔢𝔯𝔣𝔲𝔩 𝔫𝔞𝔪𝔢𝔰 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔥𝔞𝔳𝔢. 𝔄𝔫𝔡 𝔶𝔢𝔰, ℌ𝔞𝔯𝔪𝔬𝔫𝔦𝔞! 𝔜𝔬𝔲'𝔯𝔢 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔬𝔫𝔢 ℑ 𝔱𝔞𝔩𝔨𝔢𝔡 𝔱𝔬. 𝔊𝔯𝔢𝔞𝔱!"

Harmonia nods. "I'm good with giving you the lighter once we have all the lighter fluid."

"Yup. We just want to finish our mission then head back home." Luna says.

"Yeah, now I can rub it into everyone's faces who told me to go to Hell," Drew says.

"𝔗𝔥𝔞𝔫𝔨 𝔶𝔬𝔲. ℑ 𝔞𝔭𝔭𝔯𝔢𝔠𝔦𝔞𝔱𝔢 𝔦𝔱 𝔡𝔢𝔞𝔯𝔩𝔶. 𝔐𝔦𝔫𝔡 𝔦𝔣 ℑ 𝔞𝔠𝔠𝔬𝔪𝔭𝔞𝔫𝔶 𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔣𝔬𝔯 𝔫𝔬𝔴?"

"Not at all." Harmonia looks down at the soul in her hands. "Maybe I shouldn't go into the throne room holding the soul of Abalone. Carnelian knew of our plan but who knows how Sapphire would react. However, she already agreed to give us some of her lighter fluid so you guys shouldn't have trouble getting it from her."

"Alright. Probably best we don't screw up the endgame of our mission." Luna says.

Azazel nods along.

"Alright. shall we finish this mission strong y'all?" Luna takes a deep breath and enters the throne room, signaling everyone else to join her... Except for Harmonia of course.

The group, except for Harmonia, heads into the throne room.

It's the throne room!

Carnelian sits on his throne, humming happily while playing on his phone.

The cauldron with the fluid is still in the middle of the room.

Sitting on the middle throne, in the blue area is a pleasantly feminine, 6'6 tall owl person. Their face is white and mask-like with a short beak. They have three sets of pupil-less, glowing bright blue eyes.

They've got owl feet and legs, obviously, but their hands aren't winglike in the slightest. On their head, they've got a gold crown bedazzled with Sapphire gemstones. Their wings are fucking massive and, when resting, wrap around them like a cloak. For an outfit, they've got a regal coat on, colored a nice navy blue. Quite a lot of gold jewelry.

Carnelian looks toward Azazel with a grin.

"𝕆𝕠𝕙.. ℍ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠, 𝔸𝕫𝕒𝕫𝕖𝕝! 𝔾𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕤𝕖𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦!"

Sapphire looks over towards the group, standing up and approaching.

"Hello, you all. I assume it's time to fulfill my promise, hm?"

"If you're referring to the lighter fluid then yes please," Luna says.

Azazel gives a (completely not forced) smile towards Carnelian! As well as a small wave, but otherwise remaining quiet.

Sapphire takes out her lighter and begins to drain some of the lighter fluid into the cauldron. After putting in about as much as Carnelian did, she stops and puts the lighter away again.

"So uhhhh what do we do now?" Luna asks.

Azazel motions to the lighter Drew wields.

"Ah right. Collect the mixture." Luna says.

"Oh uhh... How do I do that? Just open it up and dip it in?" Drew asks.

"That's what I'm assuming but..." Luna says.

".𝔸𝕙𝕙𝕙𝕒𝕙 𝕨𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕝𝕝𝕝... 𝔸𝕔𝕥𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪𝕪𝕪𝕪! 𝕀 𝕔𝕒𝕟 𝕕𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥!" Carnelian gets up and hurries over to the group, holding out his hand.

Drew hands over the lighter kinda sadly.

Azazel snatches the lighter from Drew the instant he begins handing it over. "𝔉𝔦𝔫𝔡𝔢𝔯𝔰 𝔨𝔢𝔢𝔭𝔢𝔯𝔰." He vanishes!

"Well, that's just great.” Spider sighs.

"Son of a fucking bitch!" Luna says. Carnelian stands shocked, looking at where he was in shock.

Enoch appears and grabs the cauldron and disappears.

Carnelian gasps again, looking at where the cauldron was. "𝕎𝕖𝕝𝕝 𝕀'𝕝𝕝 ℕ𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ."

"...wow," Luna says.

"What an asshole," Drew says.

“So what the hell do we do now?" Spider asks.

"Heh, what the hell..." Drew says.

"Uh," Kade says.

"Alright, we get Harmonia and leave," Luna says.

Carnelian pouts and leaves the room, grumbling to himself.

Sapphire sighs. "What a night."

"Check the server," Luna says.

“Saw it,” Spider says.

"Okay. Carnelian.. right? How do we head back home?" Luna asks. “Er Sapphire, my mistake."

"Spider was given a key, wasn't she?" Sapphire asks.

“Yeah, give us a sec.” Spider snaps and the Pride key appears in her hand.

"Alright, let's go get Harmonia and head home. Thank you so much, Sapphire, hope you have... erm.. a good night?" Luna says.

"You too." Responds Sapphire.

"This was fun, we should totally do this again, I'll have my people call your people...." Drew says as he leaves the room.

They all head outside.

Harmonia stands outside with the fire soul. "Go good?"

"Yup. The lighter got yoinked but Enoch stole the whole cauldron." Luna says. "Let's get home and slam dunk this stuff into L1M!"

"I see" Harmonia waits for Spider to put in the key.

"My lighter...." Drew whines.

Spider puts the key into the nearest door and turns it.

The group walks through and is taken home.
