Kade appears in a small room, a slide dropping into unseen darkness, and a path that he'd need to crouch down and crawl to make it through, seemingly lit. Any water that should be there is replaced with oil.

"I hate it here already, I think." He gives a slight huff as he looks between the paths, taking a good observation of the area, but decides to take his best bet with the one that requires crawling and is lit, getting down on his hands and knees and wincing with the oil before trying to crawl down the path.

As Kade crawls through the hole, he hears a soft chittering echoing behind him.

He tries to look behind him for a moment, but he continues his way down the hole.

The path ends and he lands on a small metal platform, it's a walkway that goes down a far way, and built-in is a small set of metal stairs that descend into a pool of water, no bottom in sight. Bubbles occasionally float up from the dark of the water.

Kade stands and stretches his out with a sigh, taking a look at the area. "Mhm.." He starts to walk along the walkway.

The lights above him flicker out, but otherwise, he eventually comes upon a submarine door.

Kade blinks a bit when the lights flicker out, but looks at the door and starts to head for it, trying to pry it open when he reaches it.

Kade opens the door and finds himself on a balcony of tile. There are no clear other doors in the room, but the chittering he heard earlier... It's louder in this room. The waist-deep oil shimmers oddly, unnaturally.

"I 𝐾𝗜𝙽Ｄ 𝔬𝟊 𝙒𝐀Ⲛ𝑇 𐊱𝙊 𝐃ʀI𝙽ᛕ Ⅰ⟙..."

"God, no," Kade whispers to himself, he tries to get a good look around, without entering the oil yet.

The chittering gets louder, and something seems to begin to crawl its way up the stairs.

He stares at it, simply watching. But does prepare a leg to kick at it just in case it gets closer to him.

It does get closer, and once it gets to the top of the staircase, it's clear that it isn't the only one. It seems to be spiders... of some sort. They have more than eight legs, and a maw with jagged teeth that open up into a dark, infinite-looking mouth. Their purple eyes lock onto Kade before they launch out at him.

"I hate bugs." He steps back haphazardly and pulls out a knife, one hand slashing at some that launch out at him, the other hand trying to grab at any before they can land to crush them.

There are three, each body about the size of a palm. He manages to slice one in half. The one he tried to grab seems to land gracefully on his hand and begin climbing up his arm, while the third bites down onto his leg.

Kade growls at the one that bites down on his leg, wincing but facing the one that lands elegantly and starts climbing up his arm.

"Hey, buddy." He tries to slash at it.

It takes a cut and falls off, scampering away. The spider on his leg digs in deeper.

Kade reaches down and grabs the spider on his leg, prying it off himself. Afterward, he holds it up, somewhat at level with his face as he stares it down.

"Fuck off." He tries to tear it in half with his bare hands!

It works! The room is now empty, silent, besides the dripping of purple blood, mixing with the oil.

"ᗪ𝐫𝚒𝖓𝘬 𝔱𝔥𝖾 𝖻۱օ𝜊𝖉 ⲟ𝒻 ꭚ𝗈𝗎г е𝗇𝝔m𝚒е𐑈."

"I'm not putting anything in here in my mouth. I'd prefer not getting seventy diseases." Kade looks around for a way out.

There's a door under the staircase.

He hops off of the staircase and into the water and holds his breath a little just in case.

Looking around further, he finds the door and enters after.

Kade finds himself in a dark, fairly dry room. The lights are off, but he can still see enough to make out the room in front of him, the pool is filled with a dark, oil substance. There's a closed, submarine-type door in the corner. Everything seems to be shut off, besides the mushroom in the pool, which has a mixture of water and oil flowing down it.

He takes a look around, looking at the mushroom as he walks around the room.

The only things of interest seem to be the mushroom and another submarine door.

He looks at the door but approaches the mushroom first.

It seems to be a very touchable mushroom.

He stares at it for a good moment, before just touching it.
