Everyone meets up at the Walmart and walks together around the city. As they go around a certain corner, they all appear in the Nicky-Thru within a dark forest.
"Huh. That's weird. I went around a corner and now we're in a forest." Luna says with confusion.
Oleander looks around curiously, preparing for battle. "We're definitely in a domain, I'm just not sure it's the one we want..."
"Who knows. Apparently Nicky's domain is filled to the brim with various drive-thrus of all kinds, so a drive-thru forest isn't exactly out of the question."
There's a distant roll of thunder from each direction
Oleander looks around and tightens his grip on his sword.
"I see. Well, guess we should explore?"
Luna unsheathes her Marked Broadsword. "Yes. Let's stick close together."
Kade just takes a nice look around, hand in his pockets "Forests are pleasant at least."
Oleander, Luna, and Knight all nod in agreement.
As they walk through the forest, they come across an open field with a few slasher divulgars here and there sitting perfectly still with their screens off. A few crows are perched on them and caw.
Oleander watches the crows and slashers, curious to see if they could sneak past them without a fight.
"Crows and slashers, how quaint." Luna sighs
“Oooh a birb!” Knight says
"Well, I guess all we can do is try to move forward without waking them up." Luna says. Thunder rolls again as they stay still.
Kade sticks behind the bunch and just heads along, raising an eyebrow at the sight. Luna quietly moves forward to not wake up the Slashers. Knight and Oleander follow. While they're walking, Luna clicks a few buttons on her Cole Watch trying to see if the GPS function works. A compass swaps out for the watch face that points to Cole and her current altitude. It shows ground level and westbound right through the field of Slashers.
Luna turns to the group and says decently silently. "I'm locked onto Cole's location. To get there, we need to head west through the slasher field. So just follow me and stay alert. Slashers are fucking dangerous."
Kade nods as everyone else follows.
One of the crows swoop down and tries to peck at Kade due to the smell of food in general.
"Oh, motherfucker." He tries to swat it away
It caws and flies around them.
"Ugh, this is gonna suck." Luna groans as she continues trying to move forward through the field.
More crows start swarming Kade. He's trying his best to just deal with this and contain himself, clearly not pleased with the fact. "I hate it here."
Oleander trips on a wire on the ground and lands face first on a Slasher.
"Oh shit." Luna reacts.
Oleander quickly gets off and tries to slash at its neck? Does it have a neck. Whatever looks like a neck. They’re trying to kill it before it can wake up.
Its tv head falls off and the rest of it stays still. There's no sparks or blood. It seems it's already dead.
"What the fuck? Is this a Slasher Graveyard? I guess that would make sense with all of the crows."
Kade watches. "Oh. GOOD."
"Indeed, just gotta deal with crows I guess." Luna sighs. "So let's keep going." And onward march towards Cole's location on the GPS.
Oleander stays silent, breathing quickly as he moves to follow Luna.
The crows are pecking a lot at Kade's hair and hands.
He keeps swatting at them "It's because i'm black isn't it? Do I have free reign to kill these???" Kade tries to hurriedly follow behind and escape the swarm.
"I don't mind if you kill them. If you need help, just say so." Luna says.
"Go off" Oleander says.
As they make it up a slight slope they can see a small passenger plane that had landed in the field and hit a few slashers. There's a mob of some kind of dark creature around the plane.
"Okay, I found Cole, but what the fuck are those things?" She points to the dark creatures.
"Want to find out?" Oleander raises his gauntlet at them, ready to fire.
Luna nods and pulls out her pink ichor claymore.
Kade just walks up and stares at the sight.
"Also what is that thing?" Luna asks Oleander
"Cole made me it. Watch this." Oleander flexes his fingers, shooting the dark creatures with it
After a moment, a large hole appears in one of them as they gush lime blood. All of them look over at the group
"...what the fuck, that's the thing Vivian made! So. Um, they look happy to see us." Luna says sarcastically.
Oleander just starts fucking shooting em!!
"Go off!” Luna cheers.
The mob of them start running towards them
Luna readies her ichor claymore and enters a defensive stance and is prepared to slash if they get too close.
Oleander looks at Kade. "BRING OUT THE BIG DOG MAN PLEASE." As he keeps shooting and backing up
They are slowly cutting through the mob before it can reach them.
Kade blinks once or twice, before nodding. "Don't know what we can do from the distance, but we'll see?" He shifts to Cerberus, stretching out to a decent size, before trying to just. Breathe FIRE in the direction of the mob.
The entire mob is engulfed in flames that turn green as they all melt
Luna is fucking impressed! "Good job you two!"
Oleander grins though its not visible. "Nice!!!" They put up a hand for Kade to high five.
Cerberus grins while the left arm high fives Oleander gently. "ะข๐๐๐ซ๐ าฏะพ๐, ๐ีฐ๐ถ๐๐ γ๐ช๐~!!"
Past the puddles of burning lime blood is a clear path to the plane.
"Awwright, let's head to the plane!" Luna’s walking towards’s Cole’s location. Oleander smiles and dodges the puddles while Kade just makes a beeline to the plane.
They all reach the plane and the door is open.
Luna opens the door and heads inside looking for Cole. Oleander goes inside, and one of Cerberus’s snouts is stuck inside. Oleander take the chance and boops Cerb’s snout.
Luna finds Cole asleep in the pilot’s seat and a nonferal bird smiling while asleep in the other pilot’s seat. The bird has dried blood and bandages all over. Cole is wearing her halo armor with a metal strip hiding a gash down her chest plate with some lime blood dotted on her visor.
"Um, should we bring both of them back?" She asks the two of them.
Kade bleps. "Both?"
"There's a bird nonferal here too. Both are hurt."
Oleander nods. "Yeah I think thatd be good?" He goes to Cole and tries to shake her awake, but Cole does not wake up.
"Yeah, sounds good to me." Kade says
Oleander SHAKES HIM HARDER!
"She might be knocked unconscious Oleander. Let's just bring them home and fix em up alright?"
"Alright... you can bring her home? Shes too heavy for me-" Oleander asks.
"I can handle it."
"Okay,,"
Luna focuses on Cole, Oleander, Knight, and the bird nonferal. "If this works, we'll meet back up at Harmonia's okay Cerb?"
He gives a thumbs up "Gotcha."
Luna attempts to teleport out with Cole, Oleander, Knight, and the bird nonferal. It works and Sparrow disappears too.
