Harmonia's in the Walmart in human form, getting some stuff. There's some loud crunching in the aisle over. Harmonia shifts to demon form and quietly creeps over to look into the next aisle. There's something eating an entire box of cereal. Box included. Harmonia can't make out what it is exactly.
Harmonia waves. "Hello??"
The creature looks over and SCREECHES at Harmonia.
Harmonia jumps. "WHAT THE FUCK MAN"
"WHaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaT ARE YOuuu DOINGGGG HEERE." It stretches some letters out like a shitty AI that's still being trained to talk. It's stutter-y at times.
"SHOPPING?? ITS A STORE DUDE"
"AND iiiii WAS EATING IN peace UNTIL You INTERRUPTED ME"
"OKAY????" Harmonia steps back. "I CAN GO BACK TO SHOPPING THEN JESUS." Reembaloo had already taken all of the scrubablees.
"NNOOOOOO YOU GOTTA PAY ME BAAAACK FOR THE WASTEDDD TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMEE. I COULD'VE EATEN moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooore." The more sounds weirdly disgusting the more the o drags on.
"Nah," Harmonia walks back to her cart. The creature stays silent until it dashes to Harmonia's cart. It starts to grab random shit. HARMONIA GRABS IT BY THE THROAT. It screeches and tries to bite Harmonia's arm, gnawing on her carapace. "GET AWAY BITCH-"
It's gnawing. She sees another mouth form in between its eyes. "IIIIIII TOLD YOUUUUUUUUUUU Two PAYYY..."
Harmonia shoves a box if cheeseits in the mouth. "LET GO YOURE WORSE THAN ME JESUS"
It lets go. "Thank. I Like YOU now." There's an awkward silence for 3 seconds. "You want a Giiiift?"
Harmonia stares at it. "You... what. Uh... sure."
It runs back to the aisle it was in and brings back a jar. It's source! "This is My Mother."
Harmonia looks at the jar then at the being. "What." It points to a random direction. If Harmonia were to follow, she'd end up at the outpost. "Oh. Okay. So... youre. giving me your mom????" It nods. She takes the jar gently. "Im honored... whats your name?"
It looks confused. "Name. Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. Okay. Kay. Kai. Kai."
"Kai? Thats a good name- Im Harmonia-" Harmonia says, as Kai extends a hand in the best way possible. It's still eating the cheez it box. Harmonia takes it and shakes Kai's hand. A small smile on her face. "So um... what are you?" It points to the jar.
"Im also goop," Harmonia says. "Kind of."
"I Remember being Born. Lake. Can of THIS." It points to the jar again.
Harmonia nods. "I see I see. Were you just born?"
"I was."
"Do you need a place to stay?"
It nods.
"Wanna come home with me?"
It nods again. Harmonia opens their arms to Kai. Kai is quite confused and decides to just hop inside their shopping cart.
Harmonia giggles and continues shopping. "Okay so at home I live witn a couple people and a few pets. So you have to promise to not eat anything living, okay? Ill get you as much food as you want, just no eating people or animals"
"Got it. Eat the children."
"NO DONT EAT THE CHILDREN"
"Oh. Okay."
"No eating anything alive, okay?"
"Okay..."
"Okay good." Harmonia pats their head and gives them another cheese it box.
