The elevator stops. The floor it stops on seems very destroyed, not cuz of time, but because of something. Violet carefully steps off the elevator as she looks around, examining her new surroundings, "Hello? What in the world..." She looks to her notes if she can find anything on weird elevators. There's some faint screaming followed by slamming against a wall. Each slam is felt throughout the room, shit is making the room shake.

Violet braces against a wall to not fall over as she makes her way slowly towards the screaming to investigate further It seems to just be screaming and angry slamming. The closer she gets to the source, the more the walls are tarnished with tar and cracks. Some of them even have writing, but it all started to dribble down, so it's a bit illegible. Most of them have the name "Ivy" over and over though.

"Ivy? What is her name doing here?" Violet looks to the dribble and touches it trying to figure out what substances it could be. It's a bit sticky. Violet tries to brush it off as she continues to look for the source of the screaming

"How, HOW?! HOW CAN I LET A PEST GET SO CLOSE TO ME LIKE THAT?! T-This wasn't foreseen, she was never supposed to do this, she was meant to repeat everything! I- I-I-I-I can'tet her do that again. I need to f-f-f-f-help her. I can do it. She just needs to listen. She just needs to FUCKING LISTEN!" Theres a very loud crash, followed by the parts of a computer show up in front of Violet. She's close.

Violet looks to the parts of the computer as she keeps looking. As she turns a corner, she can see a figure. It's tall, back turned on her. It's banging its head against the wall. Violet walks up to them, but keeping a safe distance.

"Um... Hello?"

It slowly turns around. After it looks at Violet, it starts to smile. Wide. There's blood coming out from its forehead. It makes her feel horrid. "Oh. A visitor."

Violet looks wide eyed and is very confused, "Um... you seem to be bleeding? Need any help with that?"

It starts to walk over to Violet, the sound of 'bones' cracking echoing. "Oh, no. I'm not the one who needs help."

Violet backs up a step, a bit scared but curious to move, "U-um then who might?"

"My f-f-f-friend. Ivory. She needs help. I'll help her. I'll help her. I'll help her." Each repetition sounds weirder than the last. More and more blood comes out of its forehead. It walks closer to Violet again. The air feels dense.

"Wait- Zyzzyx?" Violet summons a vine whip with a thorn at the end. "She does not need help from you?! Why would you think that?"

Its smile grows wider. "Think. Stupid word. I know. I know she needs it. I know she needs it. I've seen her." Closer.

"She does not need help from you! She needs help from a real friend!" Violet takes a step back but holds her ground. There's a very loud [crack!] coming from behind it.

"And who are you to replace me. You're just another parasite breaking her mind. I'm going to help her. And you will not stop me." It screams, extra limbs growing and grasping the walls.

"You're the parasite here. A virus. A plague." Violet swings the whip towards it trying to strangle it, "So you must be removed!"

Petal grabs the whip and bites it in half. Violet looks to it, "Well that's not very nice of you." Violet looks curious to it. "What if I..." Violet summons some Oxalis Tetraphyllas.

Petal just stares at them before starting to chase as Violet starts to run. There's an elevator open nearby. Violet sprints towards the elevator, "SCREW YOU, YOU EGO DEATH FANATIC." She makes it inside and the elevator closes. Zyzzyx slams against the door.

It slowly starts to go up.................. Until.

It keeps slamming. And slamming. And slamming.

Violet can feel the elevator shake. A lot. Before long she feels something break.

Trustfall.

Violet holds on for dear life as she screams, the elevator plunging down. It keeps falling and falling. It... It's not stopping. It's been a while now. After a bit, the elevator door opens. It's pitch black outside. It still feels like it's falling down.

Violet manages to get out. The elevator plunges into darkness. Violet is alone. There's a couple wind chimes coming from somewhere. Violet looks around for where the wind chimes are coming from. Sure is dark. There's a faint glowing light coming from somewhere. Looks like a firefly. It's flying somewhere.As she tries to follow, she falls through a hole on the ground. She ends back in up Ohio, which is a worse fate, tbh.
